Placing Orders & Terms of Sale

Orders can be be placed directly via our website using our online shopping cart and checkout. Payment is via Paypal enabling you to pay by credit card or utilising funds from your bank account.
Orders can also be lodged via email at enquiry@toyfunbox.com.au
Phone orders are also welcome via our hotline on 0415 687486.
Customers placing orders direct via email or our hotline have the option to pay via Paypal, direct bank deposit or cheque.
Toy Funbox will gladly refund or replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.
The damaged or faulty item must be returned within 14 days of being received.
No refund will be granted if you change your mind or make an incorrect selection.
Postage costs will not be reimbursed, and goods must be returned in their original condition.
We also cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
